Yup. And LengthMaster is better tool than hands for manual stretching. :)

Best hanger I ever had. Much better build quality than bibs hangers. I highly recommended hanger (+length master for manual stretching). Here is some pictures of my new hanger: Good thing is that in package was one extra rod. :blush:

hanger or bib hardcore? cant decide

I decided to buy a hanger but i dont know which one: hanger or bib hardcore? Best advice will be from people who used both.

I had the same but bigger (and hard), its not a thrombosed vein, its a "lymph vessel" (sclerosing lymphangitis) and I had this for about 2 weeks without doing any exercises but nothing happened, it was still there. One day I tried massage it and the lump was shrinks down, soften and magically...
