Trying to keep it safe. Been noticing my front area around the circ line is getting pretty banged up and chafed. Been having to keep Vaseline on it lately. Not sure what I should do, so in the meantime I keep hanging.
After several months of no gains, I am up to 22.5 pounds and have finally squeezed out a gain. I am now 2 little ticks away from 7.5 and I feel like I am back on my way to 8! I try my best to do 7 days a week, 2 broken up sets of 20 minutes a day. Thanks for this approach, Dash!
I wish I could fully fathom this in my mind. You're not the guy who is using his old gym set for this are you? Kettle bells get pricey! I still stick with weight plates since they're cheap enough to build on. Is SO as painful as the RSDT method?

What kind of hanger are you using? If you're using a compression hanger like a Bib, you shouldn't do more than 20 minutes to avoid tissue death.
