    Hi ! Thanks for this routine... It's for me the best girth routine. (sorry for my bad english, i'm french :-) I want to know, how many day in a week i can use this routine ? I used the slow squash jelq with Bathmate : (5min of Bathmate + 5min of SSJ) x 3 for a day... I can do one more...
