I had an idea to utilize my rehab band with stretching and I actually felt like I maybe onto something. Gonna fine tune this and see if I see any noticeable benefit.
Well stepping away was a good idea. I still stuck with my pe and can see a difference. I just need to be more outgoing. Im just awkward around women, but i want to work on it.
Just to be clear, I am not stepping away from PE. I will continue to do PE for myself. I have big quads and hands so I feel the need to get bigger. I know stats say I'm big or even large but my perception is warped.
I watch or read way too much ����. I go through times when I don't for weeks but then I binge. Well it's time to try again and this time stop for good. Maybe meeting someone will help me finally conquer this habit.
Well I don't think it's my grip strength. I workout all the time and can pull 505 lbs without straps so I don't think that's the issue. My stretching is pretty basic DLD routine with some bundled stretches added in. I have no trouble gaining length, girth is like a fairytale though.
