I remember having MUCH harder erections before I stopped jelqing and weaker ones before I started jelqing.
I think I hold one kegel too long today, my PC muscle cramped up and hurt like a mother fucker. rofl
I've been kegel-ing regularly for the past couple of days. It's funny how instantaneous the results of the exercise is. I'm getting rockhard boners all day.
