I've been doing the first Width exercise in the members area. But it was getting such hard work on my triceps LOL. (I've done Martial Arts and Strength and Conditioning for years, I felt weaker the day after!)
I looked for a lever. Used a hair spray can first, but then I got an old Police Baton...
I've been doing this, but am doing width instead of SSJ now. My sessions are pretty brutal compared to what they used to be but not gaining that fast. Definitely gained though! Haven't looked at clamping yet though?...
