Thanks holmes. I've read them, and decided to implement most of it, according to my daily schedule and such. I really appreciate all of the hard thinking you've put into this, so that I didn't have to lol!

Whats up!! I'm a new guy here. Just created my account a few days ago. I'm a college student, and I started PE just over a year ago, but I've been pretty lax about it. Hopefully now that I'm a part of the community I can find a constant source of inspiration!
