I'm curious to know what everyone else uses as their under clamp cushion. I'm a beginner to clamping, I took a sock and cut it to size and wrapped with that. I have a lot of extra scrotum skin (turkey neck I guess) and it gets caught up under the wrap and when I clamp down to the final three...
A popular thing I see is the Bathmate and then SizeGenetics right after, I plan on starting this routine soon as I just received my SizeGenetics. I need to get some more materials though, ACE bandage and such.
I tried the set method and it seems to be working wonders, I've broken my past limit of 160 and moved into 165-170 territory on my fourth set.
I did four, six minute sets.
I plan on doing 4 x 6 for the rest of the week and then I'll try 5 x 6 next week and so on.
Just as an observation DLD, I've been wearing my boxers exclusively these past few weeks and my penis does hang lower. That SRT theory you developed really is something, not sure what affect it has on gains but I'll let you know.
