How long do you pump for ctwm. Do you do short sets every day or go for longer sets. I've had mine for about 18 months but have been too busy to pump. But now Mrs is going back to work so Im gonna break it out again now I have the privacy.

Great gains jaf. Its a great piece of kit and really easy to use. Whats your pumping routine look like, program settings and days on/off etc. (Only if you dont mind sharing of course.) Ramrod.

Hey Cusuco, That wrapping is just a piece of thin soft foam. I cut it from a moon boot I had when I tore my achillies tendon. Its not crucial to use "this exact wrapping", just find something comfortable. The blue wrap is just some self adhesive sports wrap you can buy at any chemist/drug...
