Started at 5.5 bp by 4g,now 6.5 bp by 4.75g but I've seemed to come to an end know matter what I do I can't get a good stretch beyond 7.5 very frustating and I can't seem to get a a good flacid hang but I have to admit I have not been very active lately,but very good thread Kong

Great post its funny how a person feels invinceable when their young ,knew a guy who was diagnosed with cancer the docs gave him two months and it ate him up in 13 days he went from 180lbs to 115lbs it was hard to even look at him was so sad he had 3 young kids .....who loses hey
