I have read a lot of information lately regarding this and I see everywhere that yous should be training kegels.
My question is do you need to train reverse kegels aswell or just normal kegels will build up the reverse technique aswell when need to apply it comes?

What do you guys use for better grip here? I tried the sock thing but it doesnt work for me, it slips away... are there any pictures/videos explaining how to do these with extra grips ?
