Someone was saying it pulls the “inner penis” out a bit when you do full package pumping. I don’t know if that’s true or not but some people were agreeing. But thinking more on it doesn’t seem like that’s how it would work lol.

I also know about the 5x5x3 routine from @DLD but with my bathmate not getting good seals it’s been hard to run that routine. If I get the mityvac I will definitely be implementing that routine.
