When I added stretching routine to my PE, I would notice I have difficulty in getting erection after stretching (for erect jelqing). I tried kegeling but could not be consistent with it so my EQ was suffering. I think I have found a way to maintain great EQ without kegeling.

Mine stopped growing at around 17 at 6". I was at that size until I started PE 2 months ago.
I remember I had a habit of playing with my dick through my pocket and stretching it a little. Maybe that's what saved me from falling below average :)

Are there any non-surgical exercises which targets the pubic fat pad? My BMI falls well into the normal category but I have almost 0.8" fat pad there. I would like to reduce it to something like 0.3" to gain more NBP length.
it happened to me in the beginningwhen i started with stretching. The thing i noticed is, the body tends to build up tolerance once you increase intensity of stretching steadily. Like you i would get tired with <10 seconds of stretching in all directions and would have erection problems. But...
Very true! I wish i came across PE much earlier. I was bogged down by "average is 5.5, so you're good". But later i realised I don't care what the average is and I just want a bigger one!
One the other hand, being Asian, a part of me wants to disprove the myth of asians having small ones...

I used to be doing my stretches when being about 30% erect. In the last 2 days I tried stretching when completely flaccid but today I noticed a loss in my both erection and flaccid girth. is this normal? : /
On the other hand, I've seen a bit of gain in the erection length since I've started...
