    Has anyone done DLD's newbie routine, what were your results?

    I've been doing the newb routine for a month now. I also incorporated an expressive stretch into the routine which I do 3 sets of 30 sec with the PA. Figured it couldn't hurt. I haven't measured yet and will probably hold off until the 2 month mark. As has been stated in some of the above posts...
