Yeah i think we have the same thing. I been stretching downward alot too to work on the ligs and i like actually grab the string like thing and stretch it hard. Im hoping this will work.

Ohh so ligaments are never present on and along the top of the shaft, only up to the base? I do believe you dld, but i can honestly tell you there is something underneath my foreskin that connects from the base to the glans and it like pulls back on the glans to make it shorte to make my penis...
What is tcg? And yeah i think the strecthing works, i do some manual strectching and do lots of btc to target the ligs and i think i've gained already. and like how i said i have a webbed lig i actually grab it and stretch it hard and i think this has given me gains. i havent really measured...
i also think this is the reason for me having such a small penis when erect. and it curves up alot due to the webbing i described. i think the webbing holds back my penis which makes it smaller and the true normal size isnt the one being erected.
