My original thought was to go through the five phases, however after reading through numerous srt post, I wasnt to switch to the beginner STR program, is this an okay path to take? I have been on phase one for 3 weeks, give or take a day or two.
I have been following Phase 1 as written for two weeks. The exception has been timing, I do not split the stretching and jelqing routine, only the health massage, is this okay?
Reading through SRT, I see specific comments about "cementing" gains. Is this something I shouldn't be concerned with while performing the newbie routine?
