Yea I was thinkin the same thing DLD...but talking to Bib, he didn't recommend it because heavy girth work makes the tunica too sensitive too do hanging

So the verdict sounds like its personal choice. The almighty chosen one...BIB, recommends no days off but light hanging days are ok. The idea of not stopping/no days off appeals to me since it requires real commitment! In terms of how it relates to gains...in dew time.

I'm guilty of being one of those ppl ((in the past))....but it takes serious commitement to do a routine like that, EVERYDAY WITH FEW OR NO REST DAYS!
