I'm following the program. I use the size genetics a few hours a day and ujw the rest and also while sleeping. As far as the routine, I have been doing manual stretching and then the 5x5x3 girth routine in the shower later in the day
I've been doing SRT for almost two months and have seen flaccid length gain, but very little (more important ;) erect length gain. Does this mean I should do girth work before length? Should I focus on erect stretches and expressive stuff? Thanks guys :)

Yeah I'm doing the jelqs and the slow squash between the sets. I am going to try the k tablets and cream and see if that helps. My glans is feeling it and my ligs are sore too, so I know it's working! :)
