Hi what is your routine everyday both for length, girth and glans ? and how long it took each exercises or how long you are wearing such tool a cockring or pump etc
which one is the best ssj should I choose , isolated compression squeeze or slow squash ? Because I want to combine it with bathmate 5 mins pump then do ssj for 5 mins?
Can I do both length exercises in the morning and girth exercises in the evening for the first 2 weeks
Then after that , will do the same for length exercises in the morning but for girth exercises will use BM + 5x5x3 ?
