My Nightly routine involves the following in the exact order as presented:
1) Bundled Stretches in a hot shower (5-10 min)
2) LM Stretches (Starting with Normal Stretching in all directions, then bundled stretches while rotating right in all directions, then bundled stretches again while rotating left in all directions) (20-30 min)
3) If I don't kill myself with #2, I jump right into 1 hr hang sessions with the LM or a homemade sock hanger @ 5-7.5 lbs. This is done with Infrared heat applied at approx 0.5-1 ft of distance for exactly 15 min.)
4) Rest period with the SizeGenetics ADS, involves using 1 less bar (the smallest one), and getting to 75-80% tension. (2 hrs)
5) At the end of the night I throw a cock ring on and let it hang all night. Max compression is enough to keep me hard but not enough to choke me off.
