Where is the phase one information and measuring progression technique you are referring to there? IMO, it only just self-serving to you.

My suggestion: Maybe you should have posted this in the same thread or given a link so it will correlate with the subject matter you are referring instead of it being all by itself. Thanks for the directions there irafreak1.
