would u say I should up my workout i do 15 mins 3 days a week
I read 40 mins 3 days a week is good to should i do that or which would be good for me to do
i gotta question when i use the smaller sleeve i shrink down back to normal fast after pumping and it dont last long
but when i use the bigger sleeve i keep more of the thickness and i dont shrink back to normal fast why is this
