I think almost everyone has a challenge with this. What I have always done is get erect first, than apply the cap and plastic cup and apply the vacuum. Once that is all set, just let everything go flaccid and I have a comfortable set up. good luck,

What I’m not seeing is the intensity of the units. You need 1.60 - 2.0W/cm2 Less does not work for this application...
