    you have the right idea just the wrong approach. if you've been doing PE for a year and a half non stop then I suggest a decontioning break for a couple of months,then when you resart,start with the newbie routine and do plenty of bundled stretches.

    as to your question; I would say you'd gain some length yes, but it will never be as efficient or fast as retracted stretching since the skin will be a limiting factor that would make you not able to stretch the penis itself to and/or beyound your length until the skin grows and so on.
