    I tried ssj's and ulis as a newbie and got a thrombosed vein. Do the newbie for as long as you can. I've seen guys do it for up to a year and still see gains.

    Why are you mixing the routines? Do the newbie routine for 3-6 months. Try adding intensity to your stretches by using 2 hands and different leverages. I noticed a change in flaccid in like 2 weeks. Be patient, consistent, smart and you will see results.
