    I thought about doing 300 extra jelqs, splitted over the day - 100 in the morning - 200 in the evening. is this good? with my main training this would be 1100 jelqs a day, is this ok? or should i do 1100 jelqs at once and not splitt the 300 over the day?

    i am starting a little diet now, with an calories Deficit - now my question is - does this reduce my Penisgains? Becaus if your are doing Bodybuilding and are having a calorie-deficit, you probably wont gain any musclemass. is this the same with Penis Enlargement?

    at the first 2 weeks, i read i should do 300 jelqs - one time daily, right? I will try out to do 400 every day in first week, 600 in second and 800 after the third week. because i dont do the stretching, i think this will fit. any different opinions?

    hi I am totally new to Penis Enlargement - want to build up some girth. I read the newbie-routine and have one question: does it matter for my girth-gaines if i dont do the stretches? ah - and whats a "uli"? I read this somewhere here on the board. greets
