mowinman, did you really gain 2 1/4" in the past year? what did you do? How did you do it, how long, how often? do you have before and after pics? also, how old are you? does age have a lot to do with it....i am now 38, and 5 x 5.5 and have not really been able to get very hard/firm at all...
