If your hanging almost 20 lbs, I'd go with a 30lb kettle ball. The kettle ball doesn't project the weight the same and you have lots of freedoms to set it in different locations along the shaft (mostly in the back) for better weight handling. I think a 20lb ball will sell you short
I agree. Sanding up is way more intense. The angle of pull is much greater. If you really want a great stretch do btc using the LM while standing and let it sit under you cheeks while you try to slowly stand straight up. The pull is very intense.
The wrap is great because it also stretches you out. So your bulge is long and thick. Like DLD said, it's basically your erect size in your pants laying down your leg. You will get noticed. And it's not just cosmetic because your stretching.

Its probably going to increase the demand for an already sought after product. But the lig stretch I get from this exercise is far greater than anything else I've ever tried.
