    I know stretches help for length (100%), but for girth, it is hard for me to see. I think a pump would be best.

    The main reason for fluid retention is lack of warm-up. So make sure you do the stretches properly.

    Because your muscle tissue can only expand so much. It is not infinitly stretchable. Has to do with genetics.
