    When you go on >> ascensionglossary com << (don’t think links are allowed) and go to search and look up “Mind Slides” you might be intrigued. Personally it was what first got me to look for more but be careful if you do there’s some wild stuff bro

    yes sir! The standing meditations are great DLD, they actually get rid of blue balls completely when combined with the recommended testicle massages from the noobie routine. Have you ever practiced Zhan Zhuang or any microcosmic orbit meditations?

    Semen retention is power brothers. I use standing meditation daily (try my best lol) to transmute that Chi energy through my body and into my every day life. Each day I’m getting better and better and I just nut a bunch when I get down and dirty you know??

    Not sure if this is allowed. Lol I get there’s some wild stuff on there and it might not resonate with most but does anyone here avidly view these? If you’re a “conspiracy theorist” as society calls it you might find some weird correlations.

    Food and exercises

    Paused front squats emphasizing the core and keeping the tailbone tucked! Also having your diaphragm braced well feels great for building the core. Started doing them for higher reps but the most important thing is building good mind muscle connection with your core on this exercise
