How long did it take for most to see erect gains?
So far im all flacid gains and im feeling lost.
Girth work is great and im at an all time high with width.
I had lig pops when I had started but not warming up as well as I currently do.
Since then I have been warming up longer, my intensity is still just as high, but no lig pops.
I have never feared the lig pop, just gave myself a half of a minute after a pop and finished out.
