In college what i used to do was go to a building on campus that was really not busy and find a bathroom stall on like the 3rd floor and use that to do jelqs and stuff. Never had a problem with privacy there and would just use my imagination.

In short, yes it does. I wore it during a summer in college for 4 months and got .5 inches of permanent length from it, no girth. It was hell to wear for any period of time (jes ext). I wouldn't recommend it unless you are totally dedicated to length results. i went from 7 to 7.5. with 1 hour...
