After my bath mate session I left the clamp on for to long while my penis glans was a real dark purple once I have took off the clamp my penis head was numb so I automatically starting rubbing hot water on it. I've must of left it on for 30 min or so.... I need some anti inflammatories any...

I have a dark spot on my glans for foolishly clamping for to long and my penis was dark purplish starving of no oxygen but I didn't take the clamp off. Long story short I have a dark spot on my glans and that spot only is numb what kind of treatments can I do for my self.
