    Thanks. My routine is the Girth focus 5x5x3 part of the SRT. It’s also at the top of my thread in the progress forum. Highly recommended.

    split the difference and use a 2".......graduated steps = better results. my program is at the very start of my progress thread. quick answer is 3x 5 mins with isolated compression squeezes between each set. program is the girth focus part of SRT regime. warm up and down and bundled twists are...
