I know that all i need is patiance but with this i tried to say, what to do and what not to do before and after every set of girth work. And one more thing is it safe to do girth work twice in a day for faster results??

I started not wearing underwear 3 days ago immediately after i read the SRT i think my penis actually shrinks (it makes a lot of sense btw, your penis being free and not "caged") i think its couse of the cold. And one more thing, yesterday i started to do SSJ and did them for about 40 mins...
If someone could pls explain how do i do the SSJ couse on the video i doesn't say much, it just says every stroke should be 30 sec then squeeze the glans and kegel for 30 sec, nothing after that. How many times do i repeat do i need to be lubed how many % erect ??
Thank you for the reply. Just one more thing about the SRT, how long do i have to stay erect for the healing process, couse i don't have any equipment just MoS and last night i stood erect for about 40 mins. And you didn't mention anything about a warm up/down in SRT do i still have to do them...

In this case what exercise do you recommend to do during the first phase besides jelq couse i don't fell anything from jelqing and i can't get it to stay semi-erect?
