My Basic System: Warm Up then..
Hard Core Stretching Day one with Hanging, followed by ADS for two days while healing. Remember just like working out, you are growing when your resting, not when your working out. Tear down, then grow, tear down again then allow time to grow. When I was doing it hard core daily gained nothing but a sore penis. Only starting growing when adopting this philosophy.
Alternate Length work with Girth work weekly.
For Girth. Pump for 15 min at 10 mg followed by 600
jelqs, Pump again for 10 min at 10 mg
