    Just received my LM, thinking of starting a progress thread when i receive my cock rings as i will be following the srt routine, at least 7hrs of pe a day should be great [stretching with lm & cementing my stretch with my extender]

    When i purchase a cock ring i will do girth [penomet & cock ring] one week, than length [lm & extender] the next week & keep that pattern going… i actually will do a progress thread and try my best to follow the srt routine hoping for pretty good gains

    As of now i use the extender as long as possible throughout the day 4hours at least, while stretching every 2hours if i can. I have no issue with wearing it outside & around people. i just purchased my lm so when that comes in ill be using that and the extender 5 on 2 off for maybe 10 - 12 weeks

    Finally purchased my length master today !!!!!! that and my extender hopefully will work magic. Stay in my extender for as long as possible while stretching every 2 or 3 hrs throughout the day for a few weeks … now just patiently waiting on the length master !!!!

    I tried to go to sleep with my extender on not fully stretched just enough for healing, it lasted about 2hrs than i took it off lol

    Whats going on guys !!!! sorry for the absence so i never made it past week 7 due to a bunch of family problems, but now i plan on taking on a whole new approach and also implementing as much as the srt routine in my routine as possible such as the healing with my extender which i purchased...

    I think I've finally made my decision that i want to focus primarily on length right now, until i get all equipment needed to start the SRT routine. So what exercises besides stretching should i be doing everyday (5 on 2 off) ????

    Cant wait to get back to my exercises, but I'm still not getting hard as i did a few days ago & it still hard to gain an erection without help of a slight massage… maybe I'm still in a fatigued state, Im hoping i can get back to it monday!!!
