I have had this happen too. I always assume when I feel it that I am pinching the pudendal nerve more than likely. If you do that consistently it will get inflamed and start to hurt like that. Try to ensure you are centered and high enough to not capture the or encompass the inguinal line if you...
SOOOOOOO.... back to the topic of the thread. Anyone have any anecdotal improvement in PE matters from this herb yet? Nothing to report here. Maybe improved EQ, but that is probably more related to me being a bit more cautious on my training intensity.
In response to your question about clamping and wearing a cock ring after girth work, you don't have to keep it on all day afterwards. I wear my ring for about 30 minutes after my workout to maintain the expansion for a while, and then take it off and do some mild stretching to help alleviate...
I just started adding it to my protein today. Mint Chocolate "MOLK" Protein from Origin labs completely covers the taste. If I am going to drink 2 protein shakes a day anyways, might as well put Cistanche in it.
Well I started taking my Cistanche today. One thing I can DEFINITELY confirm at this point... it taste terrible. If you take it with just water it's like combining the taste of a tylenol pill dissolving in your mouth with pool water. You definitely want to mix this in with something to cover up...
I gained my first 1.5" at no more than 900g tension at about 6 hours a day on the SG. I didn't go up to 1200g (and I have never gone over that) until about 6 months into training. So that's why my theory is that time under tension is key, more than overall tension itself.
I've always been of the belief that time under tension was more important then the actual tension measurement itself. That's how I got my length gains using the SG, lots of time under lower tension to stretch the tunica and create change.
Another vote for this one. Measure frequently enough to know if you've plateaued and then adjust accordingly. If you are making great gains, the adage stands "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
He had some measurable results, and very well may have had them due to usage of Cistanche. My question is not about his results, or motives in sharing, but about the science behind why he had those gains, and will it apply to anyone else.
I suspect there may be something to the herb based on increased blood flow (vaso-dilation) that may be why it has been effective for ED in Chinese medicine for years. In fact there are LOTS of actual PubMed studies on the use of Cistanche for ED, Sex Drive and overall vigor. If someone taking it...
