Just as an update, Chris from CTC was very helpful and got the issue resolved. Would recommend this pump to anyone that has the means to buy it. I believe I am at a half inch girth gain so far and have not been at it for very long.

I can send you a copy of my receipt paying dr ric. I will also send the instructions dr ric sent me. Also it has a proprietary sticker on the head cap. It is definitely the real deal and works perfectly. I have just grown accustomed to my bib and no need it sitting around collecting dust.
