okay wow thanks for the replies guys, thanks DLD..So apart from doing a small amount of manual stretching there isn't a need for a "warm cloth/towel warmup"? Currently i bought some self sticking bandage wrap and it seems to keep things pretty snug and slip free, like with anything practice...
