Yes but not until after I'm rested since I'm still engorged after the pumping session and during the day as long as I can maybe 4-6 hours sometimes longer.

This is the pump I got. Yup the gauge swivels! Duh! I guess I was too careful using it and too excited I didn't even try to turn the gauge ;-).

No worries. I was excited to try it out and I did a 10mins BM session before I use the MityVac. I did 3- 5mins session at 5inch of vac without a problem. Right off the bat I noticed that the gauge was facing away from you when pumping so you have to turn it towards you to see where the pressure...
