Thanks irafreak, I have been doing a lot of kegals, jelqs and am trying to eat and drink more healthy. I was able to hold an erection the last time we had sex before I left so that was a positive. My wife will be coming into town at the end of this month so I will make sure I am ready this time.

Thanks for the input guys, I took a 2 day break and the coloration went away. I am going to do a 6 day on 1 day off routine and let it recover for 1 day. I might also do a double routine on some of those days. Thank you everyone
