I've been looking for a vacuum machine but I cannot find one that fits in that green cord (the vacuum creation method other than the pumping ball). In the official video, it looks like that guy pulls air away by sucking it out, using his own lungs. I cant do that! And the pumping ball somehow...

yes, I did. They do it with so much ease, its impressive, I cant do it here in my room! I thought anyone could do a homemade instructional video for me...
