Had my x40 for about year and a half, I use it after manual jelque, and only just started using it with water for stretching, I think it's going to kick off new gains, see how it goes !

Your really lucky you have found this forum man. Just stick with the newbie routine for a solid six months, please, give it an honest effort, I promise you will be amazed at what you achieve with it, but you must be willing to put in the work. Listen to DLD, this man can & will help you.
