I found that increasing the original 30 seconds to 45 seconds helped me a ton. Also I personally ONLY do bundled work now, and I stretch at maximum strength. Tires me the fuck out, but I still make gains. I have however been off due to injury and also trying to regain some sensitivity...

My routine was like this:
Switching between length and girth in the morning.
Length = 2 sets of 45 second bundled newbie stretches (Behind the glans), 2 sets of 30 seconds bundled newbie LM stretches, and 1 set og varying angles of erect clamped stretches...

So I have been doing well the last few months, but one thing I have noticed is i have started to lack sensitivity in the glans. Used to be no problem, but now I can really feel a difference. Is there any way to gain back the lost sensitivity?

Thing is, I am only doing bundled stretches. Both in the LM and manual. I dont target ligs that much, since I seem to respond much better to bundled work. I am beginning to do kegels now, but I didn't do them much over these two months.

I just have a question about erection quality.
I have been going at it for almost two months now (5-7 days on every week). Started with only doing length work, and now I have added clamping in the evening. However, I have problems with my erections after starting again PE again...
Solid advice! And I totally agree. Right now I am only doing very basic clamping to get the feel of it. Expansion is still good though. But I can see it can be potentially dangerous if you overdo it and don't take your time!
I see ��������� who has 6,5+ inches of girth, and girls are usually struggling with giving them head. I have just above 6 inches in girth, and I've even had some girls having some trouble. I think 7 inches would be impossible for some.
I love getting head, so I dont want more than 6,5 inches...

I have heard that it could toughen the tunica, but also exhaust it, making it more prone to respond to the stretching? Not sure which one is true.

I have recently started clamping as a supplement to my routine. (Length in the morning, clamping in the evening)
I read that Redzulu had made a guide with a lot of clamped exercises explained? (Both for girth and length)
Is there anyone who has this guide, or can link it...
My girth has never changed. I naturally had 6,1 inches of girth (thanks dad!). Even with that I have girls complaining about it hurting, so girth have never been priority. I wanna get to 6,5 inches of girth though.

I think most of the gains are just my previous gains coming back way faster. But I am a fast gainer though. When I first started I went from 7,3 - 7,7 in 2-3 months.
