I've been working out in the gym since Christmas. I now weigh 197 pounds and am 5 10. However, my Biceps are only 14.5 inches. I have some pecs but they are very small. I am not hugely overwieght, prob could do with losing a few pounds. So how the heck can I weight that much !?!!>!

I am currently on my second muscle gain mission in three years. The first time I worked at it for a year,and then gave up for year. This january I have come back with a vengance, joined a gym, bought nutritional suppliments / weight gain/ protein and made a regimen.
The thing is...
I go to the gym two or three days a week. To be honest lately, its been two times a week as I hurt for two days after I go to the gym usually. I spend about 30 minutes doing wieghts on each visit - so I am not in there a long time ! I do seem to be gaining, but whats wrong with me ?!?!?
