My goal is 8" NBPEL and 6-6.5" EGMS :cool:
Been working out like crazy. Went from a flabby 220 pounds down to 145 recently and now I'm back to about 165. I'm lifting weights like crazy using the MuscleNow program and I hope to get back to around 190 but with a sub 10% body fat percentage this time.
Routine: Hardcore hanging 3-20 minute sessions per day, currently at 10 pounds straight out with a heating pad. Clamping with two clamps at the base for 3-5 20 minute sessions per day with a heating pad. To give an idea of how much pressure I use while clamping, I use pliers to tighten the clamps fully.
