Well Mike,I happen to be approximately in your situation,being overzelous,4 months i did the newbie routine everyday,sometimes even twice a day and gained nothing.Also clamping some 60 min 4 days a week.I've taken a break from exercises for a month,nothing lost in length,a little in girth...
