Why on earth could you not do Kegels. Not enough attention I do them all the time with just a tiny bit of attention even super long tight squeezes like I am doing right now. Train your attention and it isn't that hard or distracting being in touch so near the ROOT of ones physical self!

Oh and as the swim cap material that too is cast. I make design and build costumes and once used the swim cap stuff. With that the stretch may work yet I believe the "swishieness" is part of what makes this silicone sooo comfortable. More so than any condom type of material.

I like it though I think it do well for different internal sizes rather than a thinner wall thickness. The wall thickness is good and so is the density of the material.
