    Hallo my main focus is on length but I would also do some girth work not as much tho but this is what I do wake up warm up for 10mins then I pump at a low pressure take a shower warm up again then do some basic stretches 30sec 3 sets up,down,left,right then 25cracks and right after my stretches...
